Respectful workplace
The Hungarian Act 123 of 2003 stipulates the equal treatment of and equal opportunities for all individuals (to include in alphabetical order, but not limited to) regardless of:
- age
- disabilities
- ethnicity
- family status
- gender (to include identification of gender)
- nationality
- political opinion
- race
- religious belief
- sexual orientation
- or other characteristic, status or situation.

RESPECT is an essential element of our daily work environment
Everyone has the right to be treated equally, respectfully and to feel safe in the workplace.
We are committed to diversity and inclusion. The mix of different cultures, identities, and perspectives create productive environments.
Supervisors, department heads and all crew members are responsible to recognize and report inappropriate conduct which should never be never tolerated.
DISCRIMINATION can never be tolerated in our work environment
No one should be treated differently because of their gender, ethnicity, disabilities, sexuality or any other characteristic (or factor) that is irrelevant to a person’s work and performance. Unfair treatment includes:
- different (worse) work assignments
- different (worse) terms and conditions of employment
- failing to hire, train or promote
UNCONSCIOUS BIAS can never be exhibited in our work environment
It refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. These biases, which encompass unfavorable assessments, are activated involuntarily and without an individual’s awareness or intentional control.
MICRO AGGRESSIONS can never be tolerated in our work environment
These are the everyday snubs or insults:
- they don’t have to be spoken: for example tone of voice
- they are not intended to be malicious
- most onlookers might not even notice, let alone describe as offensive.
SEXUAL AND DISCRIMINATORY HARASSMENT can never be tolerated in our work environment
Unwelcome or unwanted behavior that is intimidating, hostile, and/or offensive creating a negative work environment.
Examples of Harassment can be inappropriate verbal, visual or physical actions.
BULLYING can never be tolerated in our work environment
The assertion of power through aggression behavior that is intended to intimidate, offend, degrade or humiliate a particular person or group of people.
RETALIATION can never be tolerated in our work environment
We want everyone to speak up to help build a respectful and safe work environment, There will never be repercussions.
